THE BIG GIVE- EVENT IN SUPPORT OF LGFB
On November 1st, 2011, Toronto’s young tastemakers and philanthropists will join at The Great Hall to support Look Good Feel Better (LGFB).
Event Details:
Where: The Great Hall: 1087 Queen Street West Toronto, Ontario
When: Tuesday November 1st, 7:00 p.m.
LGFB is an organization that holds 1200 seminars for women and teenage girls who have just been diagnosed with cancer. The seminars teach these women how to maintain their self-confidence and elevate their self-image through their battle with cancer. The Look Good Feel Better workshop brings women with cancer together in a safe and supportive environment where they can share stories, insights, laughter, and feel “normal.” The event will be hosted by Mike Chalut (from the Mike Chalut show, Proud 103.9FM) and include live musical entertainment, auction & raffle prizes, and 100% of generated dollars and donation will go back to the cause.
The event is under the leadership of Margot Grant Witz, Beauty Director at Elizabeth Grant International. It is destined to be one of the most high profile fundraising events aimed at a younger demographic.

I’m starting to feel a little creepy writing about children all the time, but this girl has an epic beauty, an effortless chicness and an impressive modeling portfolio that is far beyond her ten years. According to Facebook, Thylane Lena-Rose Blondeau is from the Ivory coast and was born in 2001. She’s not only adorable, but stunning, with a face that reminds us of Brigitte Bardot in a way that no one has besides Lara Stone; and that perfectly messy Lou Doillon-esque hair that only the French seem to be able to attain. It’s a tad disconcerting how much she just looks like a model (I guess she is only a few years shy of real working model age), but not as disconcerting as one of the editorials she was put in.
